IF YOU DO NOT HEAD THESE THE NEXT WILL BE E.G. FLU OR WORSE THAT WILL FORCE YOU TO TAKE MEDICATION OR IN THE CASE OF SPORT, A PULL OF A MUSCLE & YOU’LL (AT THE VERY LEAST!)
